I am heartbroken bout these bad reviews cas many years ago like 25 yrs or so ago my mom and I had a mini vacation there. I remembered it being clean and furniture being brand new. Everything worked. I remember watching wild wild west on TV when we was there lol. Yea long time ago but my review counts cas I stayed here for a day or two can't remember I was only 11 yrs old at the time. But I still have fond memories in the room hot tub and the pool I'm the pool room. Country inn thank you for such a wonderful memory. God bless
Very clean rooms, the staff was nice, breakfast gave a lot to choose from, hot tub and pool were clean and well maintained. We stayed in a handicap accessible room that was very well set up. Roll in shower and they had a shower chair provided. Very nice overall stay. Only complaint was that our king bed was VERY firm, a little too firm.

The room comfort was beyond my expectations. The bed was wonderfully soft and supportive, promising a good night's sleep after a long day of travel. The bathroom was well-kept and equipped with a consistently hot and refreshing shower. What stood out was the attention to detail. The hot breakfast served was delicious and the ample, easy-to-access parking removed any potential stress about car safety. The hospitality and warmth of the Hotel are unparalleled. The hotel was very peaceful. Our king-size suite was beautiful. The whirl pool tub was a perfect feature of our room. The swimming pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Breakfast was basic scramble eggs, sausage links, mini waffles, and beverages. In the lobby, there are 2 gambling machines...winnings paid out the next morning. We definitely will return for another stay in a King Suite with a whirl pool tub. My issue with service was that I requested a late check out, which I was given for 30 minutes only. Then, in the morning, the front desk is calling, and the maid service is knocking at 11:09 a.m., telling us we are late for checking out.
I have stayed here many times and I have never had a negative experience. Clean, quiet and helpful friendly staff.

I had a pleasant stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in West Bend, WI. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the water pressure was good. The complimentary breakfast was also enjoyable, with a nice variety of hot and cold options to start the day. One nice perk that’s not mentioned on the website is that, although the hotel doesn’t have an on-site fitness center, guests can get a free pass at the front desk for the gym located nearby — a great option for anyone wanting to work out during their stay. A few minor issues: a couple of light bulbs in my room were burned out, my key card stopped working after the first night and needed to be reprogrammed, and my late checkout request was only extended by 30 minutes instead of the usual hour. It looks as though they are in the middle of remodeling some areas as there was a lot of furniture out back and in front. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again next time I’m in West Bend.
